We are in the best location at the Gothic Area, on the famous Las Ramblas (Las Ramblas is a historical street, full of life, as the surround area is the center of Barcelona). At front of big and famous food market Boqueria, Join to Metro station Liceu (Green line L3 ), very close to Gaudi Palace and a few walk distance to Picasso museum and the Cathedral of Barcelona.

Handy for the port and ferries to Ibiza and Mallorca Islands, a few steps to the central shopping area.

Our Hotel offer individual, double and triple rooms with or without bathroom and some private bunk rooms. There are a lot of menu bars and restaurants in our street.

designs from Antoni Gaudi, or Montjuic Mountain, Stadium of Football club Barcelona or main train & bus station. So many alleys in our area where anciently the Romans and Jewish neighborhood were living around here with different type of walls which Barcelona was protected from enemy.

We offer renting safe boxes and laundry service, microwave, TV hall, internet wifi free service.

We provide full services of towels, sheets, soap and shmpoo for the rooms.

* We do not process cancelation request by phone or fax. That request must be send only by email 48 hours before check in date (according to Spanish time). During check-in, in reception we cannot modify or cancel your booking. Please pay attention to this mater to prevent further problems.

* We charge 2 nights of your booking in case of NO SHOW or notifying less than 48 hours. On bookings more than 3 nights or more than 3 persons we charge 50% of total amount. Please pay attention to this mater to prevent further problems.

*group booking

The cancelation request must be send to our email 1 week in advance. The group will be charge 50% of total amount if the cancelation email is less than 1 week.

* The booking could be canceled if you don't arrive approximately around the arrival time that is specified in your booking.

* In some cases we preserve the rights of charging 1 night of your booking as a guarantee.

*Our private rooms have sheets, blankets and towel included.

*It's always recommended to have a copy of your booking.

* There is an age restriction for our shared rooms (less than 35 years old)

* There is NO age restriction for private rooms.

Please read it first prevent any further inconvenience

*We have 3 nights obligatory reservation between 30th of December till 2nd of January. It means we cannot accept bookings less than 3 nights or out of that period.

*Cancelation or modifying of bookings is NOT allowed once you made your booking unless you apply for cancelation only more than 1 week in advance.

* For New Year the charging of NO SHOW or canceling less than 72 hours would be 100% amount of the booking.
